I’m a qualified plant-based nutritional therapist, and my education includes:

I believe learning never stops. I’m constantly expanding my knowledge through ongoing study, scientific research, and real-world experience, so I can continue to offer support that’s informed, relevant, and aligned with your goals.

I specialise in fuelling both everyday health and high-performing athletes using a vegan, plant-based, whole-foods diet. If you’re looking to boost endurance, build muscle, recover faster, lose weight, or simply feel better, I can show you how to do it, using real, whole, plant-based foods.

Staying active through strength-based activities, stretching, or simply moving more throughout the day supports longevity, mobility, and overall well-being. And it doesn’t always have to be lifting weights in the gym—yoga, Pilates, or even bodyweight exercises can be incredibly effective.
