A perfectly balanced blend of umami-rich white miso, zesty fresh ginger, and tangy rice vinegar, lightly sweetened with maple syrup. This silky, flavour-packed dressing brings a touch of Japanese-inspired magic to salads, grain bowls, and roasted vegetables. Simple, wholesome, and utterly delicious!

Make the Miso-Ginger Dressing

  1. If you have a blender that can blend small amounts, then add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Otherwise, grate or mince the ginger, then add the remaining ingredients to a jug or bowl and mix until smooth.
