Start your morning with a burst of berry goodness and a nutrient-dense blend of whole foods. This Berry Breakfast Smoothie is packed with fibre, healthy fats, and plant-based protein, making it an ideal choice for sustained energy and satiety.

The frozen banana, strawberries, and blueberries create a naturally sweet and creamy base, while spinach adds a boost of vitamins and minerals without altering the delicious fruity flavour. Oats contribute slow-releasing carbohydrates, keeping you fuelled for longer, and avocado provides a silky texture along with heart-healthy fats. The dates add a touch of natural sweetness, perfectly complementing the nutty richness of almond milk. A splash of water balances the consistency, making this smoothie smooth, satisfying, and easy to drink.

Whether you’re refuelling after a workout or simply looking for a nutrient-dense breakfast, this smoothie is a perfect choice!
