Make the Creamy Tahini (Salad) Dressing

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add all the ingredients to a bowl or blender.
  2. Mix/Blend: Whisk vigorously by hand or blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Adjust and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Drizzle over salads, roasted veggies, or grain bowls and enjoy!

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to a week. Give it a stir before using if it separates slightly.
