This serves 1 – 2, depending on if it’s a meal or a snack. We have this after we’ve been out on the bikes with some overnight oats and nut butter on seeded bread.

Up to the 700-750ml mark.

Method

Make the Muscle Fuel Blueberry Protein Smoothie

  1. Add Ingredients: Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Add water up to the 700ml mark.
  2. Blend: Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. This might take a minute or two depending on your blender.
  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness to your liking.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
