Start your morning with a burst of berry goodness and a nutrient-dense blend of whole foods. This Berry Breakfast Smoothie is packed with fibre, healthy fats, and plant-based protein, making it an ideal choice for sustained energy and satiety.

The frozen banana, strawberries and blueberries give it a naturally sweet, creamy base, while spinach adds extra vitamins and minerals without changing the flavour. Oats bring slow-releasing carbohydrates, and avocado adds creaminess along with healthy fats. The rice protein boosts the protein content, but any neutral protein powder will work. If you don’t have avocado, swap it for 2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds or 1 tbsp chia seeds. Kale will work in place of the spinach, as would cauliflower. If you need a bit more protein, you can add another 10g rice protein without impacting the texture or flavour.

Whether you’re refuelling after a workout or simply looking for a nutrient-dense breakfast, this smoothie is a perfect choice!
