Thick, creamy and deliciously nutty, this smoothie is like a peanut butter milkshake that also happens to be packed with nutrients. Banana gives it natural sweetness and that lovely smooth texture. Peanut butter brings healthy fats, protein and that rich, comforting flavour we all love. Hemp and flax seeds add fibre, omega-3s, and a solid hit of plant-based protein. Kale sneaks in calcium and iron (especially helpful alongside the vitamin C in banana), and dates round everything off with a bit more natural sweetness and a touch of potassium.

Great as a filling breakfast or post-workout recovery drink – and it’s properly satisfying too.
