These earthy little bites are packed with whole food goodness and a subtle hit of matcha. They’re naturally sweetened with dates and a drizzle of date syrup, with plenty of fibre, healthy fats, and plant-based protein from seeds and nut butter to keep you going between meals.

Pumpkin, chia, flax, hemp, and goji all bring something to the table – whether it’s iron, omega-3s, or antioxidants – and oats add just enough body to make the texture work without drying things out. The matcha comes through gently, adding a clean, green flavour without being overpowering.

Great for walking snacks, packed lunches, or just keeping in the fridge when you want something that hits the spot.

Make the Matcha Energy Balls

  1. Add the oats, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, hulled hemp, and goji berries to a food processor. Pulse a few times until the mixture is milled down slightly – not too fine, just enough to make everything a uniform size.
  2. Add the dates, almond butter, date syrup, matcha, and vanilla powder. Blend until the mixture comes together and sticks (fairly) easily when pressed between your fingers.
  3. Roll into 40g balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. They’ll keep for a few months.
