This one’s giving holiday-in-a-glass vibes – tropical, creamy, and sweet with a good bit of green hidden inside. It’s inspired by the classic piña colada but made with ingredients that actually do something for your body. There’s no rum here, but there’s plenty of rich, tropical flavour and plant-based fuel to keep you going.

Frozen pineapple brings brightness and natural sweetness, with a little banana for creaminess (and yes – this is one of the rare ones with banana). Full-fat coconut milk makes it indulgent and smooth, and a small handful of kale sneaks in some calcium and iron without overpowering the flavour. Hemp seeds give you a dose of omega-3s and protein, and desiccated coconut adds texture and a little more tropical richness. It’s balanced, satisfying, and far better than a beach cocktail for your energy levels.
