Method

Make the Raspberry & Pumpkin Seed Smoothie

  1. Add Ingredients: Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend: Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. This might take a minute or two depending on your blender.
  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness to your liking. Add more dates for sweetness or a splash of plant milk for a thinner consistency.
