Whatever brings you here, I'll start by looking at the full picture: what you eat, how you move, how you sleep, how you recover, what your routine looks like and what feels realistic for you.

Food quality and meal structure

I'll look at what you're currently eating and build from there. The focus is on better meal structure, enough protein, more fibre, useful fats, hydration, whole plant foods and realistic habits that support your goals without making food feel like another full-time job.

Fuelling, movement and recovery

Whether you strength train, run, ride, walk, practise yoga, play sport or are getting back into exercise, your food needs to support what you're asking your body to do. I'll look at energy intake, training fuel, recovery, meal timing and whether you're eating enough to feel and perform better.

Digestion, cravings and energy

Energy dips, cravings, bloating, irregular digestion and feeling all over the place with food are useful clues. I'll look for patterns in your meals, routine, sleep, stress, fibre intake, hydration and overall fuelling so I can make practical changes that actually help.

Plant-forward, real-life eating

Eat More Plants does not mean you have to be perfect, fully vegan or live on salad. I'll help you increase whole plant foods in a way that feels balanced, satisfying and doable, whether you're fully plant-based, plant-curious or simply trying to improve the quality of your diet.

Family, routine and everyday life

Your plan has to work when life is busy. I'll consider your household, cooking time, preferences, budget, schedule, food confidence and the reality of feeding actual people with actual appetites.

Long-term habits and confidence

The goal is not to follow a plan perfectly for a few weeks and then drift back to old patterns. I'll help you understand your body, build confidence with food and create habits you can keep using after the package ends.

    Complete your intake forms

    You'll complete your food diary, exercise diary, health questionnaire and lifestyle forms before we meet.

    Initial consultation

    We'll have a 60-minute consultation to talk through your goals, current habits, health history, routine and what you want to change.

    Structured reset phase

    You'll complete a 10 to 14 day reset phase to improve meal quality, protein intake, consistency and routine.

  5. 05

    Personalised protocol

    I'll create your personalised nutrition protocol and talk you through how to follow it.

    Review and refine

    You'll complete weekly check-ins and we'll use review sessions to adjust your plan as needed across the 12 weeks.

From there, we'll work through a clear coaching process: an initial consultation, a short reset phase, your personalised nutrition protocol, regular check-ins and ongoing refinements based on how your body responds in real life.

A structured 12-week coaching package for people who want proper support, not guesswork. We start with a detailed intake and a 60-minute consultation, followed by a 10–14 day reset phase to improve meal quality, protein intake, consistency and routine. After the reset, you receive your personalised nutrition protocol, with regular check-ins to refine it around your real life.
