Method

Make the Strawberry Mousse

  1. Add the strawberries, cashews, vanilla powder, coconut oil, dates and silken tofu to a high powered blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Pour into 6 small ramekins.
  4. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  5. These will keep forgetting 3 to 4 days.
