A batch-prepped protein overnight oats mix with seeds, dried fruit and plant milk.

Method
Make the batch mix
- Add the oats, pea protein, chia seeds, raisins, mulberries, ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, goji berries and desiccated coconut to a large airtight container or mixing bowl.
- Stir or shake very well until everything is evenly combined.
To serve
- Add your chosen amount of oat mix to a bowl or jar.
- Add milk using the ratio of 60g oat mix to 100ml milk or plant milk.
- Stir well so everything is evenly mixed.
- Cover and leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least a few hours.
- Stir again before serving. Add a splash more milk if you prefer it looser.
Phe's notes
The boys like to take these to school and work for lunch. We make them first thing in the morning and they are ready by lunch time. They travel really well in a cold flask.
However, as with all oat-based recipes, they are quite high in carbohydrates, so you may need to have a smaller portion and some extra protein on the side.
