Method

Make the Chocolate Chia Pudding

  1. Add the plant milk, cacao powder and maple syrup to a bowl or jug.
  2. Mix really well until smooth. We use an electric whisk for this.
  3. Stir in the chia seeds and cacao nibs.
  4. Leave to thicken, stirring every 10 minutes for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Eat once thickened, or chill in the fridge for later.
